Shafi Noss Total Return for Multifamily Syndication Investment?
1 October 2019 | 27 replies
I'm sure there are plenty of passive investors on here who can tell you that they've invested with groups (several of which are active here on BP) that got them 20%+ IRR on multiple deals straight.Even now 12%+ is doable with patience and a good team. 5-8% is a pretty low IRR for a value-add play, which most syndications are; you might be thinking of CoC rather than IRR, which would be a lot more in line. There are people on here who were literally able to retire from syndication investments (granted they got in at a good time and had a good chunk of capital to start), but to each their own.
