We use it on our more modern houses that have the square painted trim.I love SW Shoji White for more traditional homes that need the white detailed trim to pop.

Biden, like Trump himself and the most of the rest of Congress, have succumbed to modern monetary theory - if our currency inflates, there's no better place to be. 

You'll want to look at cities with growing populations, growing jobs and diverse modern economies.

This accepted modern day living arrangement alienates many parents from the youngest days of their kids lives & they miss so many firsts as they 'grow up'.

So you better close your laptop or lock your phone and start making decisions that will change your life.

We don't have anything close to a modern pattern to examine this time. 

Personally, I look for markets with diverse/modern industries and economies, growing populations (although surpsisingly, Buffalo is growing), growing jobs and incomes.

I took my lap top just in case.. the lodge said no internet but lo and behold there it was wi fi.. there was no cell service though so that was good.. the guys I were fishing with  were retired fully  one owned car dealerships one a newspaper and one a Lumber mill.. their big interest after fishing was to check who was doing well in the golf tourne and other sports pursuits..

Thanks to @Will Fraser's advice, we had it minimally but modernly decorated, had professional photos taken and I took a leap of faith and decided to market it above average.
