There are full-time people who scour deals and lists daily, and when they find a deal they jump on it within seconds.With that said, you can also have a lot of advantages if you have a full-time job, good credit, etc.

Highlights are: Single-family home sales rose 6.7 percent versus July 2014;Total property sales were up 6.0 percent year-over-year to a record 9,653 units;Total dollar volume increased 11.9 percent to $2.7 billion;At $293,790, the single-family home average price reached a record high for a July;At $220,000, the single-family home median price also achieved a record July high;Single-family homes months of inventory climbed to a 3.4-months supply, matching a level not seen since July 2013;Townhome/condominium sales rose 7.3 percent;Single family home leases were up 11.8 percent while townhome/condominium leases rose 8.0 percent with average rents up year-over-year.Read full report here: http://www.har.com/content/mls

I have a property under contract that I would like sell and an owner finance buyer ready for contract, I see people purchasing notes daily and wondered if this is the same thing as selling the property with an attached buyer- should I call it a Note Purchase?

Thanks all of you, this certainly is a friendly and welcoming community.You are correct Jared, Vancouver is an extremely expensive market to own and live in, and my wife and I are actually considering moving away if we can just get enough of a head start in real estate that I can quit my daily grind job as a contractor.I am working with my father who has already set up our legal and corporate structure.
