Sadly, in the divorce settlement, I'm giving up that property, my ex will retain it.

It's sad when newbies jump into real estate without the proper training and end up in a bad deal.

Believe me - as a "Titanium Client" for 5 years - I have used ALL of their services, and I KNOW first-hand how Anderson's service has, SADLY, deteriorated.

I agree with you and the sad part is that we never know which Unless you pay that amount of money if that’s going to be a good or bad experience.

(sad face)That could be why my RE investing has been progressing so slowly.I think I have always thought I didn't have much to offer.

Sadly, if you take money out from your 401K or SDIRA, you will have penalties, like I imagine everyone says here, +10%+ the income tax, etc.

The husband was sleeping (he works nights) and, sad to say, the females in the household handled the situation by running around like chickens with their heads cut off, screaming and running out of the house.Their screaming woke up the husband who had the good sense to throw the main breaker and call us.
