I am unsure of how to proceed though because my exterminator says that it has bed bugs.During the renovation, the former tenants’ furniture is being permanently removed and the flooring is going to be changed from carpet to vinyl plank.

Once you get away from the larger towns, what you get in rent for a three bed two bath stick built home verse a three bed two bath double wide on a permanent foundation is not that different.

Now there are different people coming and going all the time, nobody says "Hi", loud music late at night, pot smoke smells drifting into our yard, random people sitting in their car in front of our house running their engines for hours while they talk on the phone, permanent dumpster on a residential street etc.

Once the entire line was exposed, I strung a line from one marker to the other and took about 100 pictures to document the line location in the event my neighbor wanted to play more games with the property markers, making sure I got shots of trees as permanent markers of reference.
