Immediately after watching this...I swiveled my chair to my trusty whiteboard calendar, circled "February 1"...and told no one what it meant. 

They have the full strength of the Govt behind them, and they will wear you down, put you off, delay you, and make you want to eat your shoes after walking thru a cow pasture vs. deal with them.I have heard some folks says they do okay with Section 8, and that is all depends on the local director. 

I also don't know how long term capital decisions will be made when the majority is owned essentially by a board of directors, once my dad passes away.

My day job is as a Regional Director w/ a non-profit that serves this population so I am relatively familiar w/ the process, which includes large agencies contracting w/ home owners to lease their properties.

Worst case scenario, your funeral and interment is handled by a director with very unsavory personal ethics and kinks.Reflect on that for a bit and see if it helps you put your analysis paralysis in perspective.

My particular method unfortunately is grab a chair, photo copy everything, and spend a lot of time trying to decipher exactly what the "official" stats on a building are.Anyone have a time saving idea for going about this?  

@Jay Hinrichs from looking in the window they first time I didn't see any burnt materials any where just chairs wood and tools from the last contractors I'm going to go look again for more of some insight. @ Derrick Craig thank you for that advice precaite it and everybody does like that Green pie

But the zoning director and I do not get along...she is untruthful and aggressive and I have fought her through court(s).
