I think that the vast majority are sincere in that they desire independence, wealth accumulation, status and are willing to work for it.The problem as I see it is that almost all these individuals lack education and experience in business, so they tend to be easily misled by the hucksters, promoters, and braggarts pushing the narrative of no experience, education or money needed for success in these endeavors.
