Also has anyone here conducted theor business as bird dogs virtually in other areas provinces or even another country?

Sub To/OWC Expert: Never done a deal, but paid a guru for a course and they have "partners all over the country who they work with and buy properties cash, no contingencies."

I suspect there is something else amiss Kiavi is one of the largest lenders in the country and they perform when files are complete..  

I don't think either way they have retail operations in the other countries and mostly focus on corporate banking.Probably the same for owner financed properties.One thing I have seen lately is some VA foreclosures start to pop up again.
