I would wake up early, put on my dress clothes, drive to work, and make sure I wrapped up my time sheet from the week before since it was due by 10am.

Now, this guy had a great job, dressed in a suit all the time, but wasn't a very good tenant, was he? 

Every window is photographed up close to show presence of screen and if there are window dressings or blinds, I take a photo with them open and closed.If there is a problem (scrape on the wall, carpet stain, etc.) then I take a good close-up.

Call or stop by some of the properties...show up well dressed. 

Before I go out I make sure I am well dressed but not over the top.

This went for a while, my wife and the tenant were dressed for work, running late, so told the inspector the discussion would have to continue another day.

I have to admit I was a bit worried because I assumed they would just have @James Wise go to the court dressed like Atticus Finch and he would argue the case.

You obviously did not read, nor comprehend what i wrote - as to my reason for yelling out the window was due to the time of night that it was and the music was loud, but I guess you'd assume that I was supposed to get dressed and go talk to them. 

This will also help you to see them in person and see how they dress, act, what their office looks like, what do the properties they manage or sell look like.

He has a few larger folks show up dressed officially, crowbar and other suitable devices in hand.
