My people that specialize in construction have various non-recourse, and if it's high end (+$10M), they can do 100% LTC/LTV; 75% if under.Working with people on NNN Commercial Real Estate (CRE) can also be a good option, and to again reach out to others doing so, and showing what you could offer.
