It doesn’t need to be perfect—it just needs to exist.

I’m curious what anyone’s thoughts are on what price range I should be looking at to hire a plumber to swap out existing and use pro press or something more durable.

Hello- I recently bought two properties in Broken Bow and since I bought them the market has taken a turn for the worse and they keep building new cabins which is lowering the values of existing properties.

Do you know that you almost for sure can assume the existing loan even if you would not normally qualify?
