Once you have it cleaned, list it for rent unless you receive something official such as red tag that indicates you cannot rent the unit.  

The $40 000 USD price tag was not worth what we were given.

Tagging, segmenting, and figuring out which workflows made sense for my process took time, but it made a big difference down the line.My advice: Don’t get caught up in trying to do everything at once.

If you are not, you are taking a chance for a city / county inspector to red tag the work.
