@Jeremy Bloom  the rag on the thermostat can be beat by placing a remote thermostat that is set to the legally required temperature with that remote thermostat actually controlling the temperature.

We can remotely control the temperature, but if someone (a guest) manually changes the thermostat, it overrides our remote settings, which is what we want.

Another fun analogy, bandit signs is like chumming the waters for tuna.Direct mailing is putting the right bait on the right hook for the daylight, winds, water temperature, etc. to get a fish on the line.

I was concerned about the potential electric bill because winters in Wisconsin can be pretty brutal.In reality I kept the temperature at a comfortable level and never had an electric bill that went higher than $90 to low $100s.i loved it.
