To my fellow realtors - when you're showing a home that needs renovations or even on a listing appointment how do you usually handle those conversations about accurate cost and/or visualizations?

. - Uploading custom models into the tool (user can upload an Excel with their own custom model and use it for property search and evaluation rather than relying on the default model in the tool)- Visualizing Zillow datasets within the tool, i.e. the user can quickly pull up and chart rent growth, property prices, etc at a city, state, and national level - An AI agent that pulls it all together, i.e. being able to write "find me cash flowing properties in Las Vegas" or "model three different scenarios for this property"What are your pain points when it comes to property analysis and search?
