Our pictures of an empty house or a house with furniture better?
I have a property that I am about to sell. The house is in good shape, etc.
I got some really good pictures already almost appears like the house was staged with furniture. It is not staged that is the real furniture, etc.
Now that the house is empty would it be better to take brand new pictures or simply use the pictures I have?
The Property is not local to me so I would need to send out a professional photographer.

use the pics you have. But if a realtor is going to list, have them hire and pay for new pictures
