@Briley Roe, hi.Briley, nice work on the momentum, but one flag: with 4 flips in 12 months, IRS will likely see you as a dealer, so that profit is usually ordinary income, not capital gains, so I’d confirm that $50K “capital gains” estimate with your CPA.Unfortunately there’s no magic loophole after the fact, paying off personal debt doesn’t reduce tax.
