Yes, you should ask about wind insurance as we do get wind damage occasionally from hurricanes although it is far milder than the coastal areas.

We rarely hear our tenant, occasionally if she slams a cabinet, and the bathrooms back up to each other so we can hear the toilet flush occasionally if we’re in the bathroom.

An LLC will be considered to be doing business in a state if your business has a significant presence or conducts substantial business activities in that state, beyond just occasional sales or isolated transactions.
