@Rodney Lorenzo what does people of color have to do with neighborhood and there class ratings.

He might be able to add some color. 

@Joey Wilson thanks that's helpful additional color.  2021-22 were when assets hit peak pricing and so if this fund deployed all/most of the capital at that time I'm guessing their asset values are 30%+- lower today. 

On our pool they can turn pool lights on or off and change colors with the same switch. 5 second learning curve, no inquiries or tutorials required from me. 

They were painted different colors so I did mine individually when needed.

I normally choose a darker color to hide dirt better.

Also im pretty sure he promotes section 8 rentals and gives you a story with rose colored glasses.

I had a hot water tank leaking in a new house I bought, but the inspection didn't pick it up and the smell from the previous owner's dogs masked it. 

(I MUST HAVE INSPECTED WITH ROSE COLORED GLASSES THAT DAY!)  

Same with flooring/paint - stuff where the color/material matters essentially.
