Basically, I haven't seen many people talk about buying newly built homes and renting them out in the DMV area and was wondering what people think of these buildings as potential first time break-even type real estate investments?

I know this might be a shot in the dark, but I am wondering if anyone has any website(s) that they use to post their rentals that are not syndicated through the MLS. 

I wonder how many people last their homes because RE investors weren't able to help them.
