I think I began disliking him all the way back when he was on the Howard Stern show talking about how his own daughter is a "nice piece of a**".

Several cops came and arrested the daughter.

But if you are married with 7 daughters that is probably not going to work.   

It also depends on mortgage rates and the current interest rates-you might be better buying a home or putting your money in a high yield savings account.Depending on how old your daughter is, it might be a good opportunity to buy a rental. 

We sold a 2 bedroom condo in San Diego that would rent for about $2K (my daughter lived in one room, exchange students paid $1K/mo) and were able to buy 3 homes in Coos County via 1031.   

Men with cats should get them only for their daughters because they love their little girl but still hate the cat. 

It does not take tons of properties to replace income if you start soon and are patient, with 4 kids your days must be moving at warp speed (I have two daughters 4 & 7 and sometimes i don't know how they have gotten so old)Im 41 we have a dozen doors in two states and have achieved FI from real estate.

In addition my 14 year old daughter has attended 2 future fortune builders classes which teaches teenagers all of those things about budgeting, compound interest,  owning a business & endless other aspects that many people go their whole lives not ever being aware of.The $50k education includes 6 members so you can combine your funds with other peoples to save money and learn the same content. 

Hey all, I'd like to look into options to get into the RE world for my 19 year old daughter.
