All this fancy mumbo fha guideline gumbo means is that your projected market rents assuming all units, if it were rented Times 75% need to be greater than what your monthly payment is  (PITIA = principal/interest/taxes/insurance/assessments monthly), other wise FHA will not lend at that loan amount so common solutions to this when rents are too low in your local market are to put more money down payment which defeats the whole purpose of low 3.5% down FHA doesnt it?

Needless to say, I was defeated.

Buying a property to house hack with an LLC basically defeats the purpose of doing it.

That leaves a paper trail and defeats the purpose of having a WY LLC. 

Defeats any chance at anonymity!

I admit this defeats the purpose of having an “all-in-one” platform :) but feel free to check it out and judge for yourself

So, make sure the iPostal1 qualifies.FYI: when you do set up an LLC, do NOT use your address or list yourself as the agent for the LLC - defeats the goal of anonymity!

So, I think doing something like this would potentially defeat the purpose of having the LLC.

And giving up control of your assets may be defeating the whole purpose.
