There is no way to know how the disclosure affects the rent we get or our occupancy.What I do know is that even though it is clearly disclosed, we have got multiple reviews that indicated their dislike of the airplane noise.

Now if there is any new information, the buyer did not disclose or do their due diligence, that's on them, and of course it will cause delays as we will need the necessary exceptions/documentation to pivot.
