In layman's terms,  I always practice and make use of an ideology.

If you can make politics profitable for you, I say go for it.Most people however, alienate part of the market share by pushing their personal ideology.

Also, I would suggest you talk to and take advice from people who do invest in these neighborhoods successfully and don’t have the baggage of skewed perspectives via preconceived racial ideology.
