if not properly vented, it can cause your shingles to prematurely break down or melt, as well a build up moisture which can lead to damage on the actual roof sheeting.

What I do like those is the Carolinas specifically Charleston  I found that city about 5 years ago and it was coming out of the 08 melt down.. but I was keen on Boeing and being around aviation all my life I thought the Dreamliner was going to be a huge hit and when they moved it all to Charleston.. and Boeing bought 1000 acres around the airport..

:lol: Also, another part of the sidewalk the guy installed these ugly pink fake brick pavers, and they are desintegrating. part of the sidewalk lets two inches of water collect when the snow melts in the spring, making it hard to walk on for about two weeks.
