Once I learned that end I saved a lot of money from needing to pay a technician to replace exhaust fan motors of relays.You can learn how to do roofs by reading the wrapping paper on any bundle of shingles, or you might be able to find an article called "your roof, for heaven's sake" which was published about 25 years ago by a California property owners' association.

AS @Russell Brazil says there will for sure be another recession that's a given.but who can time it.. and will it be regional.. there is always mini recessions and hot markets.just look at when a factory folds in some smaller burg.. or like right now look at South Carolina which is ON FIRE for jobs.Boeing 787New Volvo factory not yet manned but thousands of jobs and support coming in the next yearMercedes building a new factory same thing.building a new embarkation debarkation for cruise ships in Charleston 14 hotels under construction in Charleston.. then look at another market where not much is happening and won't be happening.but right now real estate is hot and frankly its pretty solid right now.I am not sure on the MF side that kind of goes up and down on over building .. and commercial as well.Like I probably would be a little nervous in the Mall space or some commercial with brick and motor kind of changing.But with the owner occ resi seems pretty solid.. no sub prime NO liar loans..

To wit: We had to teach a local that we didn't consider it OK to chew on twigs and spit them out while in a motor vehicle that you do not own (chewing on twigs from a particular plant being the local equivalent of brushing one's teeth).

@Justin Thiesse those work very well in the right spot and if you can build them efficiently. in some areas and I don't know yours.. but some developers went high end on the storage.kind of like building airplane hangers ( the best rental ever LOL)they built high end for those that have expesnive car habit want a shop to tinker.. need to park their million dollar motor home.. want to build a man cave away from the house..you should see what some folks do to their aircraft hangers.. there should be a reality show on that some pretty awesome ones I have been in.. our is just a hanger..

However, the rest of the parts on a condensing unit i.e. fan motor, contactor, capacitor, wiring, etc. are universal.
