Rather than hide it you have taken action to correct it although it is costing you money.Salesmen can be very persuasive, especially when they are licensed and hence regarded as experts.

I don't see how that circumstantial evidence could be seen as proof that would be persuasive to a judge if you had to go that route.From what I read of California landlord and tenant law you may have to have evidence of a similar standard if you want to charge this to a security deposit and have it stand up if the tenant challenges you.

what's the point of spending tens of thousands for a degree which at the end of the day requires just a few basic calculations, lot of sweat, aggrevation, some arguments, some persuasion, and may or may not end with a divorce.

As an example, a good lawyer would have to be good at persuasion, research, finding clients, networking, and great vocabulary amongst the other things.There are obvious skills that are valuable in real estate like being “driven” or “resourceful” but I’m thinking in terms of something a bit more tangible.

I am writing today because I have found what I think to be some great opportunities for wholesale deals where I live (Chilliwack, British Columbia Canada) but I am unsure of how to acquire them.They are not listed, I am basically intending to do a "cold" approach and either knock on their door myself, use a persuasive realtor to phone them or maybe even a flier advertising cash for homes?
