Answer sure.. have to check if there is a due on sale clause or if you have a PG to the orignal seller.. that mortgage stays in your name unless there is a formal assumption  Maybe the example is more challenging for a house as the property.Ex. with vacant land - seller finances to me $20k with 5% down and $1k/moCan I after 1-2 months, then resell the land to a cash buyer for $25k, pay off the original $20k and pocket the $5k?

If I was looking in PG County, I think Hyattsville and College Park would be my main targets.

I'm interested in multi-family investment and want to buy a residential multi-family (2-4 units) to live in one unit.Ideally in Montgomery County as I live in Rockville (or PG county/Baltimore)

Having watched many prior co-workers get paid, cash their check at the casino, and promptly deposit it all into a slot machine I can tell you with pretty good certainty that casinos don't have a positive effect on disposable income and good use of the existing income in the area surrounding :)Are there solid local employers OTHER than the casino in a 15-minute drive?
