Hi @Barbara Johannsen I made the switch a couple years ago through co-investing, loved the consistent cash flow and freedom from tenant hassles that notes bring.

But I always tell people to do their own research, and on any platforms you may be looking to invest in.

I carry some design elements from one project to the next for consistency, but always adjust based on the property.
