We do this all the time for our clients (we only do Detroit Metro market).Worse-case: you continue to handle the rehab, but get the PMC's input on your scope of work (SOW) and have the PMC verify the work (with videos) before you make final payment to a contractor.

I PM throughout FL but offer broker services in the Tampa area and some clients had that same sentiment thinking cash flow was not possible and I was able to prove it wrong.

I primarily work on the lending side with a strong focus on real estate investors - many of my clients are actively flipping and often look to refinance once their projects are complete.I’m always looking to build strong local relationships, and I think there could definitely be some synergy between what we do.
