Hi all,I'm buying in Branson, MO and considering using Evolve to manage and promote the condo's instead of local PM's. 

Use colors that promote taking action, confidence, happy, bright, cheerful.My website is orange.

That's the goal, be burning and churning so many properties that you are exiting at every step all the time.

Second, the post reads like a promotional marketing piece with 95% stating how great the sponsor is and how successful their investments have been, while very little is stated that specifically addresses the particular investment the OP is concerned with.   

Don't know all the details yet, but I found this link which gives you a better idea of what they do and how they promote. https://seniorlivingsmart.com/...Essentially, you join their network, become a "certified buyer" and promote the "ease of transitioning" out from ones house in a quicker time frame, no realtor fees, etc. 

@Lacey Burns if you are in DFW I can recommend several firms depending on what skillsets you need. 

We should start to see some rent growth in 2H of the year as we burn off some of the new construction apartments.   

And I got out of ABC without getting burned..
