Hello Everyone,My name is Torrence Williams I am 27 years old I have a wife, a one month old daughter  and one year old son.

There is so much good information here, and I'm taking in as much as I can to help jump start my career in RE investing.A little about myself:  I'm 35 years old and have been happily married to a wonderful wife for 8.5 years and have a son (2 years) and daughter (7 months).  

I am a single father and I know that working a traditional 40/40 I will never be able to provide my daughter the life I dream of for us both.  

@Mark SossomanYes, a lawyer is licensed to practice in the entire state where the exam is passed.I am 100% sure of that, as one of my daughters is a lawyer.

Apparently a daughter or granddaughter moved in to take care of the house after the owner was sent to a nursing home, and shortly after they removed her, they removed 26 live cats along with multiple others.The house obviously needs a ton of work but my question is that HomePath states that as an owner-occupant you must occupy the house within 60 days of closing.

Here is why I invest.When my wife was pregnant with our daughter.

For a studio vacancy that came up in September, I rented to an immigrant family of 3 with good credit but marginal income who is downsizing so their daughter can attend college rather a single professional.Not sure this is the optimal approach for me, but it's the best I've considered so far.

I am not sure if I want to do this... we are in our early 60's live debt free...except for college for our youngest daughter...and I am wondering if a credit union would be are best option or other source.Thank youVictoria
