Its easier to evict, make repairs or upgrades and rerent with your new tenants in place at the higher rent.Or you could give a minimum 30 day notice of rent again via constable (certified letter at this point will likely not be retrieved ).Good luck !

I tried this twice, because on the third time it blocks more attempts.I clicked "retrieve password", but the system did not recognize my user id & birthdate combination.I clicked "retrieve username" and received my username by emailThe username was in fact the username that I attempted to login with.I called customer support to repair access.

Here is kind of what I'm thinking.Start the comp data on say row 20 of the spreadsheet.At the top of the page, have places to enter values of the subject property:Values used to pull comps: Age of the home, Square footage, Also, have values enter for the subject property that would be used for adjustments: Bedroom, Bathroom, Basement (Y or N) , Garage (1 or 2 car).Then have some optional parameters so the user can play with the numbers to retrieve more/less comps.
