I have chosen to use a resource that has been doing for many years what I want to be doing, has a great deal of DFW market knowledge, and is still practicing what he preaches.As for your little dig as to why I didn't click the box, I've never noticed it before.

Although the numbers appear good at first glance, I definitely will need to dig a little deeper as far as comparing them to other properties and as far as finding specific numbers to compare in regards to maintenance.One thing that does seem to surprise me is that the property has been listed for 80 days and is in arguably the "hottest" part of town real estate wise.

The information is there for Sold comps under Public Information, but you just have to dig a little deeper and do a little extra searching to get it.

I remember reading something recently that deemed S-Corps less favorable, but I don't know enough or remember enough about it to speak intelligently about it, other than to dig a little more to learn a little more.Not sure that helps a heck of a lot, but it does give you a couple things to think about.
