I concur that coming to the live class is a much better option since it allows for a lot more information to be presented by our national team of instructors and there are 3 days for you to get all of your questions answered there as well.  

You have options, those options referenced will require a qualified credit score and DTI otherwise you are good to go, read the link, seriously 203k loans they are simple so is the process, its only difficult if you do not follow the instructions. 

I give that to tenants with their move out instruction documents so they are informed ahead of time.
