I second Mike's opinion of Ohio, I hear stories from CA/NY landlords, and I can't fathom why anyone owns properties in those states.Furthermore, in Ohio, different counties/cities can be a monster all their own, some counties close to me do rather fast evictions, some seem to drag their feet.

Lost days of work, had to cancel concrete trucks, etc...But I get the concept and agree in principle....but only for really important and potentially dangerous stuff...you wouldn't believe what I've seen out there.....

On-site everyday, parked his truck in the spot we paid for, forcing us to park on the street, he tore up the backyard that we was included with the unit, and then put the place up for sale.It was a pretty bad experience, so i made sure i knew the situation going forward with every place I rented.
