On-site everyday, parked his truck in the spot we paid for, forcing us to park on the street, he tore up the backyard that we was included with the unit, and then put the place up for sale.It was a pretty bad experience, so i made sure i knew the situation going forward with every place I rented.

I also believe he backed his moving truck too close to the house and smashed the gutter....In the future see if you can get a security deposit that is more than one month's rent.
