Technically, the property is still available to "show" but most agents won't waste their (or their client's) time showing properties listed as "Show" on the MLS. 

I know that can be a trap for many now, because, to put the shame of their impoverished pasts behind them, they take on oversized mortgages and car payments and loads of lifestyle expenses that keep them living paycheck to paycheck forever.What have you had to unlearn along the way to achieving your own goals?

Adding bathrooms, laundry rooms & closets, removing space wasting hallways, etc.

This one of the most misunderstood aspects of self-management and causes many landlords and PMs to both waste time and out their safety at risk meeting unknown prospects at vacant properties without screening.

I've had a crawlspace, but it only had waste pipes in it.

Context: I have a potential seller that would like to off load a vacant lot (I already have a buyer).

I just turned 25 and, although I know I could still be considered "ahead of the curve", I feel that I have quite a bit of time to make up for and I don't want to waste another day!

They have the WORST reviews online and I'm concerned it will be a waste of time/money.

What else can they do remotely to balance the load?
