Based on what I have seen, the SBA is offering loans to LLs but I would bet their focus will be retail and manufacturing businesses.

All four of those manufacturers have different grades of equipment from high end, mid grade, to budget. 

What that means in practice is that most (if not all) of the box is from 3rd parties that any manufacturer can buy from.
