This business is a grind.

Turn off everything that makes noise and then try and find the leak by turning off each shutoff valve in the water manifold one at a time.

Truth be told not exactly the best (typically late, noise complaints from my other units, parks in grass, etc) I've just found out that she had someone move in who is not on the lease, and also has a pet who claims to be a service dog with legitimate papers. 

My conversation starter here is regarding what you implement to distract from the noise that makes you focus on executing on things that don't matter (i.e. irrelevant and seemingly important tasks that consume your day.)Excited to meet everyone and share info on the STR and vacation rental world and how to make everyone's financial goals a reality! 

Some would say Kobe and I would say “You can got out of my face with that noise!”

He's only got 11 years left to pay for it on the note, and he's tired of tenants and the whole landlord grind. 

Real estate isn’t a get rich quick kind of thing and requires work and putting forth the daily grind.

Define your business model and weed out the noise from leads that go nowhere.

@Stephanie Soltero No and No.... just grinding and putting in the work, word of mouth, driving by ugly properties, CL, Zillow, expired listings, pre foreclosures... etc  I take lots time but spend zero money

It’s a fantastic way of immersing yourself in that way of thinking and keeping it at the forefront of your mind, even if the noise from work is very loud.
