My property is 500 miles away from me and I've never had an issue since I have great people on the ground working with me.

When investing in large multi’s out of state I would assume that you have to do this full time for boots on the ground work, I guess it’s safe to assume that if you have the means to do it you are doing it full time also.

My path is different from what she taught and I felt that her course gave me the groundwork to build my business.

@Kamenin Earl Banks Find someone to JV with.....you can do all the administrative things.....and get a partner that does the boots on the ground work.

This can be a valuable asset to get a project done, or do boots-on-the-ground work, to borrow a geology term :)So that's my story.

Which, you do need to lay groundwork for the next tenant rental ASAP. 

But it all depends on the amount of contribution, whether financially or actual boots on the ground work, that will determine a fair structure for your team.Hope this helps and good luck!

I've laid that ground work over numerous discussions (in person and on the phone) so maybe they are ready to come around on that.  

Both are eager to start so sometimes the proper groundwork for the relationship and goals isn't set accurately up front.I do a call first with my potential clients on the commercial real estate side.
