I was a Log Supplier here in Oregon for about a decade the market moves constantly.. and there has been a ton of consolidation in the industry along with closing of some mills.  

My only previous apprehension was the ability to be close and/or need to travel constantly, but with advice from others I know it can be done with the right analysis and due diligence.

In that book Brandon really prepares your mind well for things to be constantly thinking of, things to be watching out for, and things to be expecting/not expecting. 

I have trouble believing a vet would advise against following a licensing and vaccination laws, especially since it is a revenue stream for vets. 

I'd like to hear some experienced landlords who have actually worked with Section-8 and/or know the details of the program guidelines.We all see Section-8 horror stories constantly here.

I'm pretty aggressive with my investing between stocks and real estate and have enough constant w2 and passive income that even if everything goes sideways I won't have a problem paying off the balloon payment before it starts accruing interest.  

In all this time the one true constant is change.
