I originally got into real estate to have passive income while going through dental school, then I bought a small multifamily while laying on the beach and never looked back!

I'm planning on majoring in Marketing and completing classes to apply to dental school.

Scenario 1 - Live Sub Standard / Ultra-WealthyLet's say you live in a Van by a brook and depend on that brook for your hygiene but you are satisfied with it and your living expenses is maybe $200 per week for food/Gas/etc?

@Donald Shaver military has benefits like medical and dental, TA, etc. like Brandon said in the podcast 40k a year or 250k a year you have to live within your means. 

Dental, vision, medication are all in this bucket too.- People miscalculate cash flow, by not including enough CAPEX which can run up to 10% of gross rents over time.

One CNA, one dental hygienist, another IT guy and a graduate student, all pretty good.

If I need some dental work done and I'm new to town, I could call around and get 10 quotes.

My girlfriend is also in the process of an associate's for dental hygiene, which is another $50k+ a year salary. 

The snake cam revealed a blockage and the culprit was...feminine hygiene products.

For me and my son I pay $830.00 a month and that includes dental.
