I have a 9-5, Monday-Friday so I would obviously make trips during the weekends when I am available to check up on the property but life happens and there would be times where I won't be able to see the property myself.

I'm actually going to go see the two properties I found above this weekend, and may proceed with one of them. 

I would wait until the weekend to look at the numbers.

If your looking in that area I would also suggest as they have that you observe the property during the morning afternoon and evening during the week and weekends.
