Going to the first real estate showing of my hopefully long investing career this weekend.

When I started as a new agent, I had another business I ran full time so I consumed a lot of training in evenings and weekends, something that wasn't possible with in-office training other places. 

For example, I just got a booking for the 4th of July weekend for $100/nite.

Could you think about it and is it ok if I call next weekend to follow up?   

-How can I determine what is the daily rate vs weekend rate vs holiday rate?

I would go count units and sizes for a couple weekends. 

You've given them notice, so now when the tenants leave, spend the weekend removing whatever needs to be removed from your property. 

Residential real estate is a lot of nights and weekends and messes with family life and vacation activities.I enjoy commercial real estate because with my own company I can work when I want.

I would guess we are at about 90% with almost 100% of weekends booked.
