@Cheyenne Davis Obviously there's a lot left to be desired...I would think a 3% cut is enough to work their tails off for you, but it doesn't look to be the case.  

Grandfathered rental properties with zoning issues are tough to sell and less desirable. 

Is your desire to partner more about a budget constraint, or an actual desire to work with a partner?

She asked that the deed be returned to her as her primary desire is that the daughter not return to the property because apparently at population 250 "this town ain't big enough for the two of 'em".
