Based on the aerial shots of the property building 2 ADUs may not be easy because of set back requirements and to be honest I know that you don't need off street parking if close to transportation and it is a garage conversion on a single family home.

Though my property is within 2 blocks of the community college, a private university (Simpson) and a school of ministry, plus adjacent to a convenience store, and public transportation. 

Too vague to figure out which property, as there's 150+, but not too squishy where you're wondering if the property is in the good area of the neighborhood, at the edge, close to transport, etc.  

Where do you suggest for a first investment (multi family) with 200k living in Boston?

I just moved to Philly from Boston, where renters have no way of bypassing a real estate broker.

As for amazon HQ2, Boston is currently leading with Atlanta, Austin and DC close behind.  

Impact fees in Montgomery county are 25,000 for schools and 13,000 for transportation, anything over about 5200 square feet is an extra 2 bucks a foot.

I don't think there's going to be a next Lawrenceville.I agree with you completely -- the tech sector only has so much potential in Pittsburgh as things stand.CMU's robotics department is indeed a very big part of it, but when you look at the combined education endowments of the major Pittsburgh universities compared to places like Palo Alto and Boston, the comparison becomes a joke.

We live close to downtown Boston, and while the free commute is a huge plus, that's a huge chunk of cash I'd rather not be losing every year.

Does anybody know how to get probate leads in the Boston area without having to go to the courthouse as I work during courthouse hours which makes it very difficult to get there.Thanks any all info will be greatly appreciated.
