I just think this one is a little too pro-seller.I only scratched the surface on tax implications, the assumptions alone were complex enough and didn't want to confuse even more 😂 But you are absolutely correct, this is an important factor and needs to ne looked at as well!

The seller, on the surface seems motivated, as there are some health issues that have recently popped up.

Just my two cents as contractor who specializes in cabinetry which inevitably causes me to deal with plumbing, electrical, and hard surfaces.

Pitbulls have a history of fighting of killing, granted if you never put them in that kind of situation those instincts will probably never surface... but if you present a situation then that dogs instincts WILL take over.  

None of these issues were surfaced during the inspection.

I don't have to worry about if I overpaid, it works for me.And if new information surfaces I just put that into my system it's simple maintenance.

Even the Romans plastered their brick, understanding that the plaster was what prevented the clay in the bricks from breaking down.

Even the “damage” of drawing on a painted surface isn’t really that much damage. 

A lot of the homes are stone, clay tile roofs and believe it or not the curbs are marbile.

I was wearing gloves and had hand sanitizer, soap and paper towels ready - surprisingly, nobody seemed to care: people liberally touching surfaces, nobody wanted to wash or desinfect their hands.
