If not, then get somebody there that knows how to properly winterize the property (with an air compressor, not an air tank) and RV antifreeze in all traps and toilets after getting the water out of them.

I know of none unless you are in the private lending space with a good track record and the proper contacts....so private money would probably fall in that category.

They are not confused, like an owner might be, as to the idea, a properly priced listing produces a sale in the normal marketing time for the area.Gaining an understanding of who you are actually negotiating with may affect the strategy you use to negotiate and the offer level you put forward.
