Phyllis E. How do you determine if it pays to remodel a master bathroom?

The floor tile in our bathroom is bone and white mosaic tile,(wall tile and tub surround is basic builder 4 x 4's in "bone")  so I am trying to do a "bone and white" color scheme with a white vanity and adding white beadboard wainscoting and chair rail; I figure I would try to turn "dated" into "vintage beach cottage" style, ha, ha!

I recommend eventually replacing the photos that still have paint buckets or scaffold/ladder in them so it's cleaner.If room permits, I would rather have a table in the middle of the kitchen with four chairs instead of two chairs blocking the pantry.Looks like a great place to relax!

If one want's a safer place to play in that arena I'd suggest to follow the Oracle of Omaha and look into the transportation leg of O&G, more volume = more transport = more revenue = more profits.  100% correct, but wasn't expecting someone on an REI forum to come at energy like this.
