You'll need to find someone in your desired market who eats, sleeps and breathes valuations to get a full idea of your cost in and your expected cash out.A buy and hold strategy is good if you don't need large cash flow and don't mind looking at residual income.

I'd love to have a 15-20 run, but can make do with a 10ft cable.All I can find (and even that took some searching) is a 50Amp cable with 14-50 plug on one end and the desired CS6364 connection at the other.

I have little to no desire to be a wholesaler; but, I'd be interested in buying good fix and rents in the D/FW area, in the B/C categories, although for C properties my Spanish skills are sketchy at best.
