Of course there are plenty of C landlords who convince themselves they were B landlords- and will move accordingly (accepting subsidized tenants, etc.)My market separates the rental classes in hundreds of dollars and vastly different localities.

I think that was fair.What I didn't know, because I didn't even care to look, is that there are a vast number of people out there on the net and YouTube giving away some advice and then selling things to help a guy out!
